April 20th: Mac N Cheese or Top Ramen?

Hey Family (:

This week has been great! After a lot of much needed organizing
and cleaning the apartment, the work is picking up! I've gained a
huge testimony in 'Cleanliness is next to Godliness'.  When we get
to an area and the apartment is a wreck, we are under strict guidelines
to get into working order again. So that's just what we've done (:
After Sister Fenn recovered from the flu, we were able to get into the
bedroom and tear it apart. We even vacuumed under the beds! I know,
I know...pretty crazy, huh ;)

It's amazing, we've had so many miracles happen this week.
They're all tiny miracles that turn into huge miracles.

1, I just found out about today. The Relief Society President in Glen
Burnie, Sister Phelps, emailed me telling me that she had interviewed
a lady named Melinda. Remember Melinda? She was our investigator
in Columbia! She lived right across the street from us. She only had us
over once, to talk about the Restoration, and after that didn't want to
continue. But, she had experiences that kept leading her back to the
Lord's Kingdom! Sister Phelps told me that some how the subject of
religion came up, and Sister Phelps told Melinda that she was Mormon,
and then bore testimony of the Book of Mormon and the truthfulness of
it, and invited Melinda to read! Well, a few days ago, the Elders that
replaced us in Columbia called, and left a voice mail because we were
in a lesson. I listened to it, but couldn't make out the name they had
asked about. All I heard was "___ wants to meet again, we know Sister
Mitchell went with ya'll the first time. If you could, we're meeting her soon,
can you call us back and give us some info?" I literally heard everything
clearly except her name! And then I accidentally deleted it! But, because
they mentioned Sister Mitchell, I assumed they were talking about Melinda.
So, to tie this all up.....after being interviewed by Sister Phelps, Melinda
called the missionaries to meet again! 2 OF MY AREAS ARE COLLIDING!
How amazing is that? The Lord works in mysterious ways. He knows exactly
what He's doing. Sister Fenn said the other day..."None of us know how to
do the work...because it isn't our work. It's His. We have to fully rely on Him,
or else we wouldn't be able to do anything." It's true. I've been praying so
hard for Melinda's heart to be softened, so she would want to meet with the
missionaries, again. God is real, and He listens!

Other miracles we've seen are little ones...
Like, going to a random Potential's house and getting a Return Appointment..
turning to a page in the Area Book and that's who we needed to visit..
We all were talking about this last night, and we're wondering why it's the
work is so easy right now? We came to the conclusion that it's because
we're exactly obedient, we're ourselves, and we're willing to listen to the Spirit.
AND the Lord has great plans for the Westminster ward! I'm excited to see
what other miracles happen this transfer (:

I hope you all have a great week!
I love you, tons!
