April 13: 4 Pizzas later....

Heyo (:

Well. This week has been good! As you already know, I've been
transferred to Westminster, Maryland. It's a small college town,
with a ton of young adults who need Jesus ;) haha. We have our
work cut out for us.

I am in a Trio, with Sister Fenn and Sister Deakin. Sister Fenn
came to the mission about a year ago, and Sister Deakin came
out with me! So, we're an 'old' companionship..haha.
Unfortunately, Sister Fenn has been sick with the Flu :( Poor
thing.  We've been inside for 3 days. While she's been sleeping,
Sister Deakin and I have transformed the apartment. We've
cleaned, decluttered, and rearranged. Wooo. It's beautiful now (:
Let this be a lesson for all missionaries...when you leave an area,
do NOT leave your stuff behind. If you don't want it, throw it away,
give it away, donate it. DO NOT leave it! Because it really stinks
when the next missionaries come in and have to clean up your mess.
Obviously, I have very strong feelings about his....;)

Moving on....

I'm excited to be here in Westminster..to work hard! The members
that I've met so far have been awesome (: I've had to adjust to
working in the country, again. I'm used to working in the city! haha.
It'll all be good, though. I'm excited to see what miracles happen this
transfer!!

Funny story...
On Saturday, Sister Deakin and I (after getting permission) were
sitting on the couch watching Saratov Approach. She looks at me
and says "I just have the munchies, ya know?" I started laughing,
because this was so unlike her to say. About 10 minutes later, she
says with such excitement, "We should order a pizza!" Obviously,
I'm not one to turn down pizza. We look up the number for Dominos,
we give them a call, but they wanted the Zip code of our Agency
Cards, which are based out of Salt Lake. Obviously, we had no clue.
So we had to call them back once we got that information. When we
called them back, they hung up on us! At this point, I was getting a
little hangry. We then called Papa John's. Well, About 10 minutes
later, we get a knock on the door. It's flippin Dominos! What? We
cancelled our order! They ran our order any way, without having the
Zip Code. Um. Okay? So, we had 2 pizzas from Dominos. I told Sister
Deakin to call Papa John's and cancel our order. She does. But it was
already on it's way to us! You can't cancel it, by then! AH! Panic filled
the room. After hanging up with PJ's..the delivery guy knocked on the
door. So there we were...4 pizzas later.  Yep, we're still eating pizza.
I've had pizza for the 4 meals.  IT'S STILL NOT GONE. haha.

Something spiritual...
It's funny how the Lord changes your heart in a matter of days. To be
honest, I was dreading being in a Trio. I came to Westminster with a
slight bad attitude. Well. The Lord has been working with me for the
past 4 days, and I'm already in love with this area.  I've met a few
members of the ward, and they're all wonderful, real people. The 2 days
we were able to work, we killed it! I'm excited for when we're fully back in
action (: And you know what? The Book of Mormon is true. The Plan of
Salvation is real. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to live life,
and be happy. I know this to be true! I love this gospel with all my heart. (:
I want so badly to help my brothers and sisters to know the happiness I know!

I love you all, so much!
Thank you for your support and prayers (: Know that they're being answered.
Have a great week!!
